All orders are designed and printed to order.  We aim to despatch your orders within 48hrs (90% of orders despatched within 24hrs).  Orders over 20 items are despatched within 72 hours.

We offer free delivery across mainland UK for:

Orders over £40 (2nd Class Delivery)

Orders over £60 (1st Class Delivery)

European Delivery Charges

The cost of European delivery is

£17.50 (upto 2Kg)

£25.00 (upto 3Kg)

£40.00 (upto 5Kg)

For deliveries into EU countries, you will be designated as the importer of record for this sale, and liable for any taxes, duties and fees on this sale. However, we have calculated these costs and enabled you to make a pre-payment and will pay these sums on your behalf to the relevant authorities via its logistics partner. By placing this order, you grant us the authority to transact the import on behalf of yourself and to pay the relevant taxes, duties and fess on your behalf. This means you will not face any unexpected charges upon receipt of the goods.

Collection

We are also able to offer collection Bushey, Hertfordshire WD23. We'll email you when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Times

Standard dispatch for all orders is 2 working days, however at peak times the dispatch time can be longer. If you need your order by a specific date we will try and work towards this for you.

Please note, the despatch date is dependent on you promptly responding to any communication from us, such as to approve a proof. Failure to do so may impact on our ability to meet the originally specified timeframe.

Return

You may return any item bought from our standard range which has not been personalised within 30 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale. We will also pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the material is deemed to be faulty. If the sizing is outside of the tolerance set by the manufacturer, this will also be deemed a faulty item and is returnable. Orders, or aspects of orders are judged to be faulty based on the order confirmation & artwork details that have been confirmed by the client. If the customer confirms an order confirmation that has details on that the customer did not wish to receive on the order, the customer is liable for agreeing to these specifications, JAMS UK will not be held responsible.

Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of any goods that have been personalised.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

All goods are offered subject to availability. Delivery of goods will be deemed to take place at the Customers premises unless otherwise agreed.

Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail.  Larger orders may be sent with DPD or another reputable courier.  Any damages or shortages must be stated within 48hrs of the order being received.  Email sales@jamsuk.com to notify us of any issues.
